Didn’t love the sparkle? Send it back to us for a refund.

Please initiate the return and send back the item(s) within 14 days from delivery by filling out the form with the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. As a reminder, please see the list of items that are Final Sale below and therefore not eligible for a return.

Once the return is approved, please ship back the unworn item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, to Park Mall New Cairo or Mall of Egypt 6 October. Please include all shipping materials to receive the full refund minus shipping fees. AM Luxury Jewelry does not provide return labels.

AM Luxury Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.

AM Luxury Jewelry reserves the right to process a 10% restocking fee for a return if the return policy is not read and understood.
