AMJ offers free pick-up for local customers at our stores — Mall of Egypt and Park Mall. Please allow 1–3 days for the order to be ready for pick-up. You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready in store.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your shipment at any time via our website or your carrier’s portal.

All orders arrive in our signature luxury packaging, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.

All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
