Permanent Jewelry
How does permanent jewelry work?
The process is simple! Pick out a chain from our Stainless steel 316, 18k solid gold, Gold Filled, or sterling silver options displayed. Once you take a seat with our Spark Artist, the process takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes. We measure your wrist, finger, neck, or ankle for sizing. Finally, we weld a jump ring together and check for any breakage before you leave.
How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept walk in appointments?
We try to accommodate walk in appointments as much as possible but we always recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your spot!
Can I add charms later?
Of course! If you don't want to purchase a charm during your appointment, you're welcome to come back at any time and add to any existing Truly Blessed Jewels Linked for Life piece.
What if I need to get an MRI or surgery?
If your doctor requires you to take off your permanent jewelry, simply cut the jewelry off at the jump ring using nail clippers. When you are done with your procedure, bring your piece back in & we can re-weld it at no additional cost.
What if I play sports?
No problem! You can get the same permanent jewelry experience, but we bond it with a clasp. This allows you to remove any jewelry for sports.
Can children get permanent jewelry?
Any child 0-3 years old we will not be doing permanent jewelry on due to liability reasonings and chains being a choking hazard.
Any child 3-12 years old will now need to have their parents sign a consent form via email prior to making them a permanent jewelry ticket.
Repairs
We ensure the welded jewelry is secure before you exit your appointment. However, just because AM pieces are designed to last, it does not mean they're indestructible. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it in to be re-welded.
Your permanent jewelry ticket must be present for any and all re-welds. Your first re-weld is free, thereafter re-welds are 200EGP. If your chain happens to break & you lose your chain within the first 30 days of purchase, you can receive 50% off a new chain (when the ticket is present). All resizing requests, including going smaller or bigger, are 200EGP s piece.
Jewelry Care & Our Materials
How do I clean my jewelry?
Gold-Filled & Solid Gold can be cleaned by washing your jewels with warm water & Dawn dish soap. This helps remove any dirt & oils that may be built up on your jewelry over time.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it can be easily cleaned with a silver tarnish cleaner and regular cleaning with Dawn dish soap
Do not emerge your CZ stones in the water. To clean use a small, soft brush and lukewarm water with very little liquid soap. Gently scrub with CZ stones with the brush after dipping the brush into the soap and water mixture. Rinse the jewelry in warm water and pat dry with a microfiber or cotton cloth.
What's the difference between solid gold and gold filled?
Solid Gold Jewelry is made entirely of gold, inside and out. It is highest priced jewelry due to the purity of the gold. It is an investment piece that will retain its value over time. Solid Gold will not tarnish or fade over the years and requires little maintenance.
Gold Filled Jewelry has most of the benefits of solid gold without the high price. Gold-filled jewelry is made by chemically bonding layers of solid gold (14K or 18K) around a base metal. Unlike gold-plated jewelry, gold-filled jewelry actually has a measurable amount of gold in it. This process of bonding the gold makes for jewelry that does not tarnish, peel, chip, or discolor. Gold-Filled is great for everyday pieces if you want to save a little money on. With proper care, gold-filled jewelry can last for many years. Simply clean your jewelry every couple of weeks with Dawn dish soap & water to keep them sparkly & to extend the life of your jewels.
What do I do if my jewelry turns my skin green?
The pH of your skin may react to metal jewelry. Not getting enough water? In a humid environment? Put a little extra lotion on? Even high-quality metal jewelry can sometimes leave a green tint when the metals react with the acidity of your skin. It can also be caused by other substances on your skin, such as lotion, oils, or perfumes. Luckily, this tint is completely harmless. An easy way to remove this is to apply rubbing alcohol or makeup remover to a cotton pad and gently wipe down the affected area on your skin.
If you have a known allergy to brass, please be aware when purchasing our gold-filled jewelry and gold-plated jewelry. While gold-filled has an outer layer of 5-10% 14k gold over brass, it still contains brass as a base metal. Skin that is highly sensitive to brass may be affected. For these customers, we recommend sterling silver, gold vermeil, or solid gold jewelry. All of our pieces are hypoallergenic.
Gold jewelry may vary slightly in color. This is because it’s a mixture of gold and other metals (called gold alloy). 24k solid gold is quite soft and can easily dent and scratch, making it less durable for everyday use. 18k gold is 18/24 or about 75% gold, and about 42% other metals - this is the most common gold selection due to its durability. The particular mixture of metals gives the gold alloy its own hue and tone which can vary slightly.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

Can I cancel, update my order, or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting/canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
How do I return an item?

Returns are eligible within 14 days of the delivery date for unworn jewelry.
Exchanges are eligible within 30 days of delivery date for unworn jewelry.
